Please read and accept the following Terms and Conditions:

This is an agreement between Nature Prints Floors Inc (“Nature Prints”), and the “Customer” in consideration of the granting of a line of credit in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale;

Pricing: All price lists, quotations and terms of sale are subject to change without notice.

Held Orders: Materials on hold in Nature Prints warehouse at the Customer’s request for longer than 30 days are subject to price change. In addition, storage charges may be established and materials may be sold without notice to the Customer.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to Nature Prints acceptance and the order is further subject to credit approval before being released.

Commitments: Nature Prints will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delay in fulfilling, or failure to fulfill any accepted orders in accordance with its terms, where such delay or failure is caused by any requirement or government agency or authority, shortage or raw materials or finished merchandise, delays of suppliers, carriers, embargoes, fire, flood, strike, war, riot, acts of god, or other reasons beyond Nature Prints’ control.

Returned Merchandise/Cancelled Orders: Nature Prints will not accept returned merchandise or cancelled orders without prior authorization. Goods subsequently accepted for credit at Nature Prints’ discretion are subject to a min 20% restocking fee of the amount charged or returned. Special orders for shipment of merchandise ex-factory are subject to no cancellations after shipment date from the factory and returns for credit are not permissible in such cases.

Claims: Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 10 days after the date of shipment or receipt of shipment. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that has been altered in any way. Nature Prints’ liability with respect to merchandise supplied hereunder will be limited to the unit purchase price of the merchandise. Goods damaged in transit should not be returned. The Customer should claim any such damage against the carrier.

Freight: Merchandise shipped via common carrier is F.O.B. (Freight on board) Nature Prints warehouse Burnaby or Delta, BC, unless otherwise indicated in the price quotation provided by Nature Prints.

Terms: Terms of payment will be net 30 days from the date of the Nature Prints invoice.

Credit Approval: Nature Prints reserves the right, among other remedies, to terminate or suspend further deliveries if the The customer’s financial situation becomes unsatisfactory for Nature Prints. Cash payment and/or security deposits may be required for the merchandise already ordered and all future orders.

Interest Charges/Service Fees: Interest charges or service fees will be levied on all invoices outstanding past the terms of sale. Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per month (26.8% per annum) on invoices over net 30 days. Nature Prints will communicate any change in the interest rates to the Customer. Nature Prints will be entitled to place a lien on the merchandise and/or the construction project and its owners, regardless of possession, so long as all or part of the purchase price from Nature Prints remains unpaid.

First Purchase: Please note that regardless of credit approval from Nature Prints, the first two purchases placed by the Customer will be processed, as C.O.D. Nature Prints will only accept payment in the forms of Visa, Cash, Bank Drafts or Certified Cheques.
